The Tigers remains one of the few clubs in Sydney that does not yet have an under 20s women’s team, nor a women’s senior all-age team.

Our priority is to finalise arrangements for our new home at Rozelle Parklands with female facilities and increased ground availability. Once settled, we can then work to establishing a safe environment with a welcoming culture for a women’s senior team for two consistent seasons, and then progress to the under 20s. This is our realistic medium-term plan.
